Ingredients caciotta al fieno: raw cow's milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferments, no preservatives. Matured in mountain hay.
Ingredients floral cheese: raw cow's milk, salt, rennet, starter cultures, no preservatives. Refined in mountain flowers (rose petals, marigold flowers, blue cornflower, lavender).
