Latteria di Chiuro was founded in 1957 in the heart of the Valtellina to give the numerous local farmers a business dimension. A bearer of typically mountain values, such as love for nature and the territory and the search for individual and collective well-being, today, 60 years after its birth, it represents over 20 milk producers.
They, with their farms located not far from the dairy, contribute every day to the activity of the dairy, showing particular attention to Bio and Environmental Impact. This can be seen both in the way the animals are treated and in the attention paid to reducing CO2 emissions. This is the Chiuro dairy: certainly one of the best in the production of milk, cheese and yoghurt.
