General conditions

The contract stipulated between the customer and Miki Veron Srl - is understood to be concluded with the acceptance of the order by Miki Veron Srl - The customer, in the moment in which, at the end of the purchase procedure, he/she confirms the order to Miki Veron Srl -, declares that he/she has read all the indications and information provided to him/her regarding the purchase procedure, withdrawal, complaints, protection of privacy and accepts the general conditions and payment conditions as expressed below.

The stages of the purchase will be as follows:

  • sending of the order and relative payment by the customer, except in the case of cash on delivery payment where payment will be made at the moment of receipt of the package;
  • confirmation of receipt of the order by e-mail;
  • delivery by Miki Veron Srl - of the product ordered to the express courier responsible for delivery to the address indicated.

It should be noted that in the event that it is impossible, even temporarily, to process the order in whole or in part, will immediately send an e-mail to make arrangements with the consumer, without prejudice to the consumer's right to request the cancellation, even partial, of the order.

Shipping and delivery

We pay the utmost attention to the preparation and packaging of packages in order to avoid damage to the goods, which arrive in perfect condition, ready to be enjoyed!

The products are packed in our operational headquarters in Bormio (SO) and are quickly shipped to their destination by BRT express courier or Robustelli courier.

Bartolini BRT:

At the time of shipment, the customer receives an e-mail with the BRT tracking number which provides constant information on the movement of the package until delivery. The BRT courier delivers from Monday to Friday (except holidays) during office hours and cannot make appointments.

The courier will attempt to deliver the parcel for three consecutive working days, leaving a notification each time, on which the number to contact BRT will be indicated. Undelivered orders will be sent back to our warehouse.

From Monday 19 October, we will offer you the opportunity to change the destination of a shipment that was initially sent home by choosing a "BRT-fermopoint".

The shipment must meet the following criteria:

  • Total weight not exceeding 20 kg
  • Total volume not greater than 0.2 mc
  • Without cash on delivery

To carry out this new service, the BRT courier will use the market-leading Fermopoint network, which has recently become part of the BRT organisation, the courier on which relies.


The courier Robustelli is specialised in temperature-controlled shipments of perishable goods, with consolidated experience in cold logistics and specific solutions for the food sector. Transport is refrigerated (10-18° C) and fresh transport (0-4° C) with high standards of control and quality.

Delivery time

The delivery of the parcel to the recipient takes between 2-10 working days for shipments within Italy.

In order to guarantee a correct preservation of the products, orders will be processed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; orders received from Thursday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Shipping costs

Shipping throughout Italy with no minimum order and Free Shipping for all orders over €75.

For all orders below 75 € the cost is 9.90 € via BRT Express Courier.

For temperature-controlled shipments (by Corriere Robustelli) the cost is 14,90 €.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of articles 64 and following of the Legislative Decree of 6 September 2005 no. 206 (and subsequent amendments and additions), the Customer (consumer), if not satisfied with the products or the content of the services purchased from Miki Veron Srl -, may return the products or renounce the right to the services and obtain reimbursement of the price already paid in advance. The costs of sending the product from the Customer to Miki Veron Srl - shall be borne by the Customer. The Professional Customer may not make use of the right of withdrawal.

Methods of exercise

To this end, the Customer must send a communication to Miki Veron Srl - within 14 days of delivery of the products, either by post (to the address of the head office in Via Roma, 31 - 23032 Bormio (SO), or by e-mail (to, containing all the information necessary and useful for the correct processing of the return and refund procedure. This communication must necessarily contain everything indicated below:

a. the Customer's express wish to withdraw in whole or in part from the purchase contract;

b. the number and copy of the document (invoice - transport document) proving the purchase of the order in respect of which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal;

c. the description and codes of the Products in respect of which the right of withdrawal is being exercised;

d. the re-credit will be made by bank transfer (for original payments by bank transfer, cash on delivery) or by direct credit to credit card (for original payments by credit card and PayPal)

Following receipt of the communication with which the Customer communicates his wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, Miki Veron Srl -, having checked that the requirements indicated above are met, will communicate by e-mail to the Customer how to return the products. The return of the products to Miki Veron Srl - must take place without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the communication of the withdrawal. From the receipt of the products to their return, the Customer is obliged to conserve and guard with the utmost care and diligence the products received and for which he intends to exercise the right of withdrawal, keeping them intact together with the original packaging, both internal and external, as well as all the accessories supplied with each product. All costs and risks resulting from transport operations for the return of the products shall be borne entirely by the Customer, without prejudice to the latter's right to insure the shipment, bearing the relevant costs. In no case will it be possible to manage the return of the products or the exchange of the goods directly at the headquarters of Miki Veron Srl - Only the return of products by courier or postal service is permitted.

Effects of withdrawal

The European Court of Justice (case C-511/08), reaffirming that Directive 97/7 regulating distance contracts (on-line, by telephone, etc...) recognizes the consumer's right of withdrawal, to be exercised within a certain period, without penalty. The seller must reimburse the sums paid by the consumer; this means everything that the customer has paid, including the cost of receiving the goods. Also in the case of withdrawal, the only costs that the consumer must bear are those for SENDING the goods back to the seller (Miki Veron Srl - (Judgment of the European Court of Justice, section IV, 15/04/2010, case C-511/08). The incorrect exercise of the right of withdrawal, according to the normative and contractual provisions, legitimizes Miki Veron Srl - to send back to the sender the products returned by the Customer, with additional transport costs.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right to return the product and the right to request reimbursement of sums paid is excluded, if the Customer has started to use the purchased products. The return of products and the refund of the amount paid are always subject to the integrity of the products purchased, without altering the conditions of the product at the time of delivery. In the case of use of the product and/or handling by the Customer, damaged product, without original packaging or damaged original packaging or product returned incomplete including accessories, Miki Veron Srl - will not accept the return. It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal beyond the established deadline or with regard to products subject to fluctuations in a market not controlled by Miki Veron Srl -, nor for perishable items or items that could be easily reproduced with immediate effect, or which by their nature cannot be returned. Product warranty

For safety and defective products Miki Veron Srl - implements a control policy aimed at verifying that the products sold through its website, which can be reached at, are safe, not dangerous and not defective, in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code), articles 103 and following. In the event of liability for damage caused by a defective product, Miki Veron Srl - shall promptly, and in any case within three months of the request, inform the Customer of the name, address and any information useful or necessary for the exact identification of the producer or whoever supplied the product.

Guarantee of conformity

The guarantee of conformity of the products sold by Miki Veron Srl - in favour of the consumer Customer is provided by virtue of the regulations contained in Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 no. 206 (Consumer Code) on guarantees in the sale of consumer goods. Miki Veron Srl - provides the official European guarantee for the duration of 24 months from the date of purchase. By virtue of this guarantee it is possible to obtain direct and immediate assistance for the purchased products from the official technical service of the manufacturer within six months from the date of purchase. Beyond six months but within 24 months of purchase, the consumer is entitled to the warranty provided that he proves that the defect was present at the time of purchase. The consumer forfeits the right to invoke the aforementioned guarantee if he does not report the conformity defect within 2 months of its discovery. The guarantee is valid for the following defects: the product does not correspond to the agreement; the product does not have the essential characteristics; the product does not correspond to its use. The guarantee does not apply in the case of factors unrelated to the normal use of the product. The guarantee is also excluded for defects that were already known to the Customer at the time of purchase. The guarantee of conformity for products sold to persons qualifying as professionals is only the conventional one as expressly provided by the relevant Producer.

Return policy

It is up to the Customer, before returning a non-conforming item, and in order to enforce the warranty, to agree, even by e-mail, with Miki Veron Srl -, within 10 days from the date of the report of the lack of conformity, the procedures for return and delivery of the product. If the customer does not agree with Miki Veron Srl - within the aforementioned period of 10 days from the notification of the conformity defect, the methods of exercising the guarantee, including the methods of returning the product, will be forfeited. Miki Veron Srl - will carry out the relative check, also making use of the manufacturer's facilities and, if the conformity defect is found, will send the customer a replacement product. If, at the outcome of the check, the product does not have a conformity defect, Miki Veron Srl - will inform the Customer of the costs necessary for its replacement. The costs relating to the transport of products that do not present a conformity defect will be charged to the Customer. The internal complaint procedure may take a few days.

Complaints is available to verify any complaints from the customer, simply send an e-mail to the address: In the case of disputes, civil and / or criminal, between and a customer consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is the court of the town of residence of the consumer (as per DL 185/99), in all other cases the territorial jurisdiction is the court of Sondrio.

The prices of the products are expressed in Euros, are per piece (not per kg or weight), and include VAT and all other taxes, if due.

Shipping costs, on the other hand, are indicated separately when filling out the order and are automatically added to the amount of the goods, to make up the customer's total expenditure.

For each order Miki Veron Srl - issues the relative invoice which will be inserted inside the package, in the case of gift packaging the invoice will subsequently be sent by e-mail to the address of the customer who placed the order. Invoices cannot be changed after they have been issued.
