Enthusiasm and dedication are the values at the heart of the Sopralapanca farm, immersed in the green countryside of Postalesio, on the outskirts of Sondrio, and where goat breeds such as the Frisa and Frontalasca, indigenous to the Valtellina mountains, as well as the famous Camosciata delle Alpi, are bred with passion.
The production includes high-quality goat's milk, mature cheeses and a variety of by-products such as yoghurt and ricotta cheese, and manifests Sopralapanca's commitment to the valorisation of the cheese-making tradition of the Alps.
