Saffron Pyramid is a raw milk goat's cheese.
Lactic processing, semi-matured cheese with an untreated and therefore edible natural rind, maturing period of at least 30 days.
The saffron pyramid can be enjoyed with honey, lightly aromatic white wines or used to cream risottos with wine or champagne.
Production: Caseificio "La Via Lattea" - Brignano Gera d'Adda (BG)
Net weight: 240/300 g.
Packaging: this product is packaged in a protective tray.
