Sinziga is a small bresaola made from beef, which is very nutritious, low in fat and rich in protein, iron and minerals.
This is why it is often included in slimming and sports diets.
Dry salted meat is left to rest in brine, then dried and cured at a temperature and humidity that slowly and gradually reduces the moisture content of the product.
During the drying and maturing process, which lasts 30 days, natural fermentation and enzymatic phenomena are triggered, making the product storable and digestible.
Ingredients: beef, salt, natural flavourings. preservatives: E252.
