Info and description
The seasoned bacon is obtained from the abdomen of the pig divided into regular pieces, at the end of the salting period the pieces of pancetta are hung to mature in a suitable environment.
It has many uses in Valtellina and Italian cuisine, excellent as an appetizer together with other typical cold cuts such as bresaola or cacciatori, to prepare sauces or with many types of meat.
Ingredients: pork belly, salt, natural flavours, spices. Preservatives: E252.
