We pay the utmost attention to the preparation and packaging of parcels so that no damage is caused to the goods, which arrive in perfect condition, ready to be enjoyed!

The products are packed in our operational headquarters in Bormio (SO) and are quickly shipped to their destination by BRT express courier or Robustelli courier.

At the moment of shipment the customer receives by e-mail a notification of successful shipment of the package.

The BRT courier delivers from Monday to Friday (except holidays) during office hours and cannot make appointments.

The courier will attempt to deliver the parcel for three consecutive working days, leaving a notification each time, on which will be indicated the number to contact BRT.
Undelivered orders will be sent back to our warehouse.

Robustelli è courier specialises in temperature-controlled shipments of perishable goods, with consolidated experience in cold logistics and specific solutions for the food sector. The transport è refrigerated transport (10-18° C) and fresh transport (0-4° C) with high standards of control and quality

The delivery of the parcel to the recipient takes place within 2-10 working days for shipments within Italy.

1. Purchases made on our site are regulated by the Italian law on mail-order sales. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the registered user who has received the goods has 15 working days from the date of delivery. To exercise this right of withdrawal, the notice of exercise should be sent, within the time specified above, by registered mail with return receipt to: F.B. S.N.C. - Via De Simoni, 22 - 23032 Bormio (SO)

2. The parcel with the returned goods, whose shipment, as provided for by the law will be, unless otherwise agreed between the parties, at the expense of the sender, must be sent to the above address always within 10 days of receipt of the goods and must be properly packaged with a copy of the invoice sent. Only in this way can we proceed with the compensation of the amount paid to us

3. The goods covered by the right of withdrawal must be returned perfectly intact, in their original packaging complete in all its parts and without labels or adhesive tape. Perishable goods and therefore originally sent by GustoValtellina.it by refrigerated means or isothermal containers at a controlled temperature, must be returned in the same way in order not to deteriorate the product, under penalty of cancellation of the right of withdrawal.
