Info and description
Ingredients: wholemeal maize flour, buckwheat flour (30%).
Polenta recipe (5/6 persons): bring 2 litres of salted water to the boil in a copper pot, then pour in 500 g of flour, taking care not to form lumps.
Stirring regularly for 45 minutes.
When cooked, add 150 g of cubed semi-fat cheese and 150 g of butter.
Serve hot.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Origin: Valtellina.
