Rosso di Valtellina DOC Negozio della Latteria, Denomination of Controlled Origin.
Rosso di Valtellina originates from the grapes of the Nebbiolo variety called Chiavennasca.
The yield of grapes per hectare is about 80 quintals, a very limited yield which enhances the quality.
According to the production regulations, the wine must be aged for at least 6 months.
We recommend that it should be tasted at a temperature of 18° C.
This red wine from Valtellina has been vinified with a short maceration process, resulting in a fresh and fragrant wine.
