Amaro Braulio
Info and description
A legendary bitter that has the flavour of its land and the magical taste of an ancient recipe unchanged since 1875.
Created by the Bormio pharmacist Francesco Peloni, Braulio takes its name from one of the mountains of Alta Valtellina, where herbs, berries, flowers and reeds abound, and from which the ancient and secret recipe for this unique bitter is still made.
13 aromatic plants are used in the production of this unique bitter, including yarrow, wormwood, gentian and juniper.
Braulio, unique among bitters, is aged in oak barrels for two years. The slow maturation together with the alcohol content of 21% and the naturalness of its formulation create in Braulio a balance of flavours and an incomparable aromatic bouquet.
